Nykaa accuses Myntra of poaching trained staff

Online beauty and personal care product player Nykaa has accused Flipkart owned fashion ecommerce player Myntra of poaching the former’s trained marketing staff. The allegation has come from the beauty and personal care brand yesterday on professional networking site Linkedin.

When contacted, a senior company official from Nykaa on condition of anonymity said, “They have attempted to poach unsuccessfully. Myntra is a great organisation with some of the best practices, it’s just that their recruitment partners are not ethical, and I am sure the message would have reached out to them.”

The cosmetic ecommerce site has said, Myntra tried to poach their trained staff unsuccessfully through a third party HR recruitment firm Pr udent HR.

However, as per the latest update, Prudent HR founder called Nykaa and assured that they will keep a strong check on wrong communication from their end.

Myntra has not responded till the time of filing the story.
